Skillage has been created by Telecentre-Europe AISBL (www.telecentre-europe.org). Telecentre Europe is a not-for-profit international association of Telecentres across Europe.

Telecentres are places where you can go to get help using computers and the internet. There will be a link to your country telecentre network on your Skillage report.

You telecentre network has helped to translate Skillage, but its initial development was supported financially by Microsoft.
